Approach to social responsibility

【Message】
　Because of the desire to create employment and revitalize in depopulated areas, our company was founded as a town attracting company through cooperation of locals and we have been engaged in businesses closely tied to the local.Our surroundings are blessed with nature and our top priority is not to cause environmental problems so that each employee becomes a "good corporate citizen".

1. Framework of activities

　In order to fulfill "social responsibility", our company develops various activities, mainly environmental improvement. In addition, we are actively engaging in not only ending with mere compliance with laws and regulations but also taking social contributions into account. Such efforts are made to actively disclose information such as factory tour of nearby residents and introduction on the homepage.

2. Environmental management

　We conduct various activities such as industrial waste management, waste liquid treatment, chemical management, factory noise management, energy (carbon dioxide) emission control as environmental improvement activities. In addition, we carry out wastewater inspection and noise measurement every month and check the situation. In recent years steadily it has been in a good direction.

【Energy saving・Prevention of global warming】

　Colorful polo shirt as a part of "Cool Biz" is very popular among employees. We carry out various CO2 reduction activities such as temperature control of air conditioning. Regarding CO2 reduction activities, we are focusing on strengthening the heat insulation of buildings, improving the efficiency of air conditioners and controlling temperature.

　We regard industrial waste as valuable and practice economic processing activities.
　We are also promoting environmental conservation activities centering on recycling activities.

3. Social contribution to the environment

【Environmental volunteer】　Employees carry out cleanup activities around the company once a month before working hours. 　We have received the words of thanks from the local residents as well.
【Regional Resident Questionnaire】　We have asked local residents to evaluate our company's environmental response and employee manner, and made improvements. Since 2017 we have received a 100% satisfaction rating. 　We will continue working to further improve employee manners.

4. Education・Enlightenment

We are actively promoting learning of "Aron Basic" and ethical rules in order to raise employee's sense of ethics and susceptibility to environmental change.
